The purpose of our trip to India in October 2009 was to honor my brother's last wishes to immerse his ashes in Holy Ganges at Haridwar. We are happy to inform the trip to Haridwar went very well. I was introduced to Mr Aneeja, a retired Chief Town Planner from UP and a resident of Haridwar. Our thanks are to Mr. B.N. Singh for establishing contact with Mr. Aneeja.
Mr. Aneeja met me at the hotel and we went together to Sati Ghat on Ganges, exclusively meant for such ceremonies, to immerse the ashes. We have a few pictures of our trip to Haridwar which are posted here.
