The Early Carrier Technical Conference (ECTC) for 2010 took place in Georgia Tech, at Atlanta, GA, on Oct 1 and 2. The conference was well attended and the presenters covered varying aspects of Engineering. The proceedings of the conference at different stages of presentations, dinner and award of certificates were captured in pictures and posted in the web site for viewing.
