IN MEMORIUM
Kocherlakota Sundereswara Rao
On November 21, 2010 my elder brother died in sleep in India at age 85 .It was a full moon day (Karteeka Pournami)and was considered to be great according to Indian calendar
Ever since my father died in 1970, he left his profession in Madras and moved with my mother to Tadepalligudem . He took care of my mother from 1970 to 1997 when she died. For the last six years he lived in a old age Aashram “ Jeevana Sandhya” founded by Mr Umamaheswara Rao.
He did Masters in Industrial Chemistry from Sagar University and graduated with a first class. He did intermediate from Rajamundry Arts College and was the only first class and ranked number one in the entire Madras Presidency that year.
In 1930s we lived in Bombay . At my brother’s suggestion my father moved the family to Banaras where all our brothers and sisters got good education and every one of us reached the highest ranks the University had to offer. I always feel grateful to my brother for all my achievements that followed with a good education.
He had a kind heart and was generous in helping to people in need. He remained as bachelor all his life. He is survived by two sisters and one brother (my self)
MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE!
